1. Private Beta Status

Bloom Credits Inc., d/b/a CredMe is currently operating in a closed "Private Beta." Access to the platform is strictly by invitation only. Possession of an Access Code does not guarantee approval for a credit line. We reserve the right to revoke access to the Beta at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use CredMe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a legal resident of the United States.
• Have a valid U.S. bank account in your name.
• Have a valid Invite Code from an existing member.

3. Not a Bank

CredMe is a technology service provider. Loans are originated by Bloom Credits Inc., d/b/a CredMe, pursuant to state licenses.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information. Creating multiple accounts or attempting to manipulate the referral system will result in immediate termination.
