To provide cash-flow underwritten credit, Bloom Credits Inc., d/b/a CredMe collects specific financial and identity information. We utilize Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to gather your data from financial institutions. By using our service, you grant CredMe and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

• Underwriting and calculating your Free Cash Flow (FCF).
• Verifying your identity (KYC/CIP Compliance).
• Processing loan disbursements and repayments via ACH/RTP.
• Reporting payment history to credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion, Experian).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We verify your data directly with source providers. We may share data with our banking partners solely for the purpose of originating and servicing your loan account.

4. Security

All sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. CredMe does not store your online banking credentials; these are managed securely by Plaid.
